Creative, clever, talented, funky directional and cutting-edge are all words which can be used to describe Darren Ambrose's work. It is incredible and pushes all boundaries. After an apprenticeship he quickly progressed to become Artistic Director at Clipso Salon, London. In 1996 Darren Ambrose opened his own salon D&J Ambrose salon in Pinner Middlesex London with his wife Jackie.

He has traveled worldwide to share his skills and has presented shows and seminars in many cities from China and Australia to Europe

He is continually recognised within the industry for his work and has many awards to his name, including The British Hairdressing Award – Avant Garde Hairdresser of the Year. He has a high reputation internationally and throughout the UK. He will not disappoint with his cutting edge style from an education lesson to Avante Garde show he is equally incredible

He captivates his audiences worldwide with his creation of out of this world beauty, creating looks that have the most experienced stylists admire in amazement. Darren always one to push the boundaries. Darren’s has up to the minute styling expertise and isn't afraid to experiment with looks and styles. He has an amazing Avant-Garde style of hairdressing. He won the title of Avant Garde Hairdresser of the year at the 2007 British Hairdressing Awards. His Work has been published in a number of well known magazines such as Hello, Neon, Vivid, Cosmopolitan, Red, Company, Looks, Elle China and Vogue to name a few.
