Task 1: Victoria Beckham AW14 New York Fashion Week
1
Since laughing her fashion career in 2008 the Victoria Beckham fashion brand has developed. She is a popstar from my chilldhood favourite girl band The Spice Girls but now is a well known fashion icon and designer.
Her autumn winter 14 collection only had 13 looks which mainly foucused on texture and tailoring. Monochrome was also a big part of the collection. She kept the looks classic clean lines and tailoring for dresses, shirts and skirt suits. She added a few flashes of red to complete the collect making in unique and to contrast the black and white colour scheme. Her showcase was highly wearable and timeless. The looks were masculine with feminine perspectives
She replaces buttons, necklines, zips and belts with a single gold chain. The collection was made up of pleats and ruffles.

Each girl has abit of brown eyeshadow on there eyelids a touch of mascara just at the root. The skin is iluminas and natural and the lips are applied with a little amount of lip balm.
To create the look Pat Mcgrath uses Max Factor's Luminous foundation which is packed with Vitamins B and E this helps the skin glow and be healthy it leaves the skin plump giving the perfect natural skin. She worked the product lightly in to the skin but for a more natural looked removed any excess from the cheeks and eyelids this lets the natural warmth of the skin tone show through. To highlight she uses the Materpiece colour precision eyeshadow in Pearl beige to the cheeks bones and cupid bow. This shows product verastility by not just using the product on the stated area the eyes . To complete the face she applied eye luminiser concealer under the eyes to help remove any dark circles. On the eyes Pat used Materpiece colour precision eye shadow in coffee which can be seen on the lids and blended into the crease. She added lipfinity lip colour to the lips to create a slight shine. The Masterpiece Transform mascara she uses gives the models amazing long beautiful lashes this creates the wow factor creating the perfect fanned out lash this opens the eyes. The look is glamous yet understated.

I am a big fan of this look. It shows real natural beauty and works well to tie this look together. Its simple yet bold and classic just like the clothes. It is a timeless look and something that will never go out of fashion. The Natural beauty. it is wearable, achieable and a look that every woman aspires to a Natural beauty. Most women want to look effortless on a day to day basic and appear not to be wearing any makeup. It is a hard yet beautiful look to achieve. I like how the skin has a natural fresh healthy glow. This is a look i want to create. The hair, makeup and clothes are all put tohether is an easy wearable making it populare look so this is a look women will try and create at home.
The hair for the VB AW14 show was also as classic and natural. It is a laid back easy look. The hair stylish was Guido Palau. The hair was styled into loose low pony tails. He used the latest BaByliss Pro kit. The hair style was modern yet simple and complemented the collection. He used a hairdryer to blast the hair and finished with a BaByliss Pro Dial-A-Heat ceramic tong he used this to crrate texture and a slight bend in the hair. He centre parted the hair roughly and tied the hair back into a loose low ponytail.
