The photo shoot Amazon Women

Today was a slight disaster for me and even though my shoot went well in the end I ended the day feeling extremely deflated.

The morning of the photo shoot my model cancelled on me while I was walking in to College at 8.30am and I was due to start at 9am. I set up my working area and one of my tutors helped me find a model

Adam who is a level 3 student volunteered and although he wasn't the exact model I was looking for as I had based the theme and costume for a girl. The makeup worked extremely well and he was an amazing model.

I felt upset as the costume didn't fit as I wanted but I managed to improvise with what I had. It was also difficult at first to attach the head piece as Adam had short hair but using pin curls and double sided tape for the nape of the neck it worked for the photo shoot

This is my favourite image from the whole day. I think it is a good angle and shows both my head piece and the makeup which I really enjoyed doing. I have never done a male makeup before so I was extremely pleased with the results
